Job description
As a data analyst senior on the People Strategy team in Claims Control, you’ll focus on forecasting claims staffing in our corporate planning system, monitoring job requisitions, and forecasting claims utilization trends along with other key areas. You’ll help ensure the organization is meeting its goals through reports, observing trends and patterns, and summarizing findings and recommendations with business leaders. You’ll have the opportunity to develop and enhance tools and processes along with learning the existing tools. Working with your peers, you’ll be part of a team that is focused on optimizing the experience for our people and our customers. In this role, you’ll work closely with all levels of leadership and cross functionally through the organization.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Data analytics?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.
Preferred skills
- Proficient with programming languages (e.g., SAS, SQL, Python) and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Proven ability to present/explain complex analytical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Linear or non-linear optimization experience.
- Quality-oriented with an excellent attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and work in an adaptive, team-oriented environment.
