Job description

  • Bewältigung von Problemen im Onsite Support beim Kunden vor Ort im Bereich Windows Client, Drucker und Netzwerk
  • Du bist zuständig für die Ausführung von IT-Unterstützungsaufgaben basierend auf den bereitgestellten B/F, IMAC und H+E Tickets sowie spezifischen Projektaufträgen.
  • Software- und Betriebssysteminstallationen
  • Entgegennahme von Störungsmeldungen per Telefon und E-Mail

Requirements

  • Du besitzt detaillierte Kenntnisse in aktuellen Windows Betriebssystemen und IOS
  • Du bist vertraut mit aktuellen Standard-Applikationen (Office-Produkte, Adobe, etc.)
  • Du besitzt fundiertes Wissen in Bereich IT-Hardware
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Ticketsystemen
  • du besitzt analytisches Denken zur Identifizierung von Problemen von IT-Hardwares
