Job description

  • Du bearbeitest deine Tickets immer sorgfältig und mit großer Disziplin, da die Tickets unsere Arbeitsgrundlage darstellen
  • Du kümmerst Dich um die Bearbeitung von Incidenst und Service-Requests
  • Fehleranalyse sowie Behebung stellt für Dich tägliche Herausforderung dar
  • Administration, Verwaltung, Konfiguration & Wartung der Anwernder und deren Geräteausstattung gehören zu Deinem Alltag
  • Du berätst die Kunden zu aktuellen und im einsatzbefindlichen Hard- und Software Produkten
  • Du kümmerst Dich um das Erstellen und Pflegen von technischer Dokumentation und Arbeitsanleitungen

Requirements

  • Detaillierte Kenntnisse in den aktuellen Windows, iOS und MacOS Betriebssystemen
  • Detaillierte Kenntnisse der Microsoft Standardanwendungen (Office Produkte, Adobe, etc.)
  • Sehr gute Erfahrung im Bereich 1st & 2nd Level Support
  • Detallierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Hardware (PC, Notebook, Tablets, Smartphones,etc.)
  • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
