Systems Administrator, Engineering Operations

We’re partnering with a client to find a talented Systems Administrator, Engineering Operations to support their team. This is a fully remote Temp role requiring in-region talent. The position involves supporting enterprise systems including Google Workspace, Slack, Zendesk, and internally-developed tools, with a focus on operations and troubleshooting., * Manage and monitor support channels such as Slack, responding promptly to user and support requests.

• Investigate and troubleshoot system issues requiring elevated permissions or engineering intervention across Google Workspace, Slack, Zendesk, and other enterprise tools.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering or partner teams following documentation and protocols.
• Keep detailed logs of work performed and system changes in Jira, adhering to team processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles for end users and support personnel.
• Observe system dashboards and escalation metrics, proposing process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance operations.

Do you have experience in Zendesk?, * Over five years of experience as a Systems Administrator, SaaS Administrator, or similar role.

• Proven experience supporting and configuring Slack, Google Workspace, and Zendesk.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum and project management methodologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
