Job description

  • Entgegennahme von Kundenmeldungen bei technischen Störungen und Anwendungsproblemen
  • VIP Support in englischer Sprache
  • Unterstützung bei der Fehlersuche und Fehlerbeseitigung remote und vor Ort
  • Ticketverteilung und Beachtung der ordnungsgemäßen Durchführung sowie dem Einhalten der SLA Zeiten
  • Konfiguration und Installation von PCs, Workstations und Peripheriegeräten
  • Installation und Verteilung von Software

Requirements

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene IT-Berufsausbildung z.B. zum Fachinformatiker (w/m/d) Systemintegration oder hast Minimum 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Support
  • Du bringst Erfahrung mit Windows Client Betriebssystemen, im MS Office Umfeld und iOS mit
  • Selbständiges Arbeiten sowohl ein gepflegtes Aussehen runden Dein Profil ab
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
