Job description

  • Betreuung von Kunden vor Ort im first und second Level Support
  • Betriebsaufgaben bei Desktops, Notebooks, Tablets, iPhones, Multimedia und mobilen Handscannern
  • Fehlersuche- und Fehlerlösung von IT-Hardware und Software
  • Arbeiten mit Ticketsystem
  • Auf- und Abbau von IT-Arbeitsplätzen und Peripheriegeräten
  • Reparaturen und Garantieabwicklung von Desktops, Notebooks, Tablets, Smartphones und mobilen im Rahmen der Gerätegarantie

Requirements

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Umschulung im IT-Umfeld oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du hast Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
  • Du kennst dich mit der Verkabelung von Standard-Hardware aus
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team und bist kommunikationsfähig
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und beherrscht die Grundlagen der englischen Sprache
  • Du kennst dich gut mt Windows Client Betriebssystemen aus
