Lead Security Technician

• Service, troubleshoot, repair, and program commercial and residential security, CCTV, burglar and fire alarm, access control, and life safety systems
• Perform system testing and ensure compliance with applicable NFPA and safety codes
• Make field programming changes via laptop, keypad, or local programmer
• Diagnose technical issues and deliver effective on-site solutions
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency service
• Maintain accurate service documentation, timecards, and inventory
• Provide exceptional customer service and end-user system training
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, sales teams, and internal staff
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and professional field appearance

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have a valid Fire Safety Certification certification?, Do you have experience in Service technician experience?, * 3- 5+ years of hands-on Commercial alarm experience REQUIRED

• Strong knowledge of burglar alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, and access control systems
• Working knowledge of NFPA codes and life safety compliance
• Experience with system programming software and field diagnostic tools
• Valid California Driver’s License with a clean Driving record
• Ability to obtain Alarm Company Employee Registration
• Fire & Life Safety Certification (or actively pursuing)
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights up to 75 feet
