Job description

Adaptive is seeking a highly organized, fast-paced Routing & Scheduling Coordinator to manage daily technician routes,

customer scheduling, quoting support, mapping accuracy, and high-volume phone communication.

This role is mission-critical to operational accuracy, revenue protection, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a heavy multitasker who thrives in a structured environment, can pivot quickly, and values accountability, safety, and candor., Routing & Mapping

  • Build, optimize, and adjust daily technician routes for efficiency and fuel management
  • Ensure accurate property mapping and zone alignment
  • Maintain up-to-date route sequencing and territory organization
  • Monitor and adjust routes in real-time as needed.

Scheduling

  • Schedule residential, commercial, specialty, for Weed Control Side
  • Manage reschedules, weather delays, and service interruptions
  • Ensure proper follow-ups are attached to jobs
  • Keep open jobs within company policy timelines

Quoting Support

  • Draft and assist with estimates in Jobber
  • Confirm services, pricing, and scope accuracy
  • Support closeout process for new commercial and specialty work
  • Ensure jobs are built correctly before dispatch

Phone & Customer Communication

  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls
  • Assist customers with scheduling, service questions, and updates
  • Communicate clearly with technicians and leadership
  • Document all notes accurately in CRM

Operational Accuracy

Prevent revenue leakage by ensuring:

  • Jobs are built correctly
  • Follow-ups are attached
  • Accounts are properly archived or maintained
  • Identify process gaps and communicate improvement opportunities

Requirements

Do you have experience in Productivity software?, 2+ years experience in scheduling, dispatch, or routing (service industry preferred)

Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment

High attention to detail

Confident decision-making skills

Strong written and verbal communication

Comfortable handling difficult or time-sensitive conversations

Experience with CRM systems (Jobber preferred)

Proficient in Google Workspace
