Job description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors & provide essential administrative support to our training staff and students. If you’re organized, proactive, and enjoy helping others, and bilingual, this is the perfect opportunity for you!, * Serve as the welcoming face of our training center by greeting visitors with professionalism and a positive attitude.

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Organize and prepare class schedules, training materials, and meeting rooms.
  • Assist with report preparation and maintain accurate training records.
  • Manage filing systems (electronic and paper) update databases.
  • Support program coordinators and executives with various administrative tasks.
  • Help maintain office calendar and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Receptionist experience within education industry?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, Administrative Assistant / Receptionist - Bilingual - English, Spanish, * High school diploma or GED. 1 -2 years administrative experience.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail, strong organizational skills a must
  • A professional demeanor & positive attitude; willingness to assist where needed.
