Job description

Our client is looking for an Application Support Specialist to provide end user PC, software, and courtroom Audio Visual support and troubleshooting for staff and users.

Requirements

  • Ability to LEARN the Agency’s application, and other Court specific technologies including courtroom audio visual/recording equipment, with the aim of supporting users in their everyday use of systems., 1-3 years of experience in the following:
  • Experience providing end user PC support to users.
  • Experience providing software support to users.
  • Experience troubleshooting systems
  • Experience with Zoom
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience with MS Office

Skills Desired

  • Experience troubleshooting court Audio Video broadcast/recording technology such as JAVS, BIS
  • Experience with Document Management Systems, such as Courts MiFile solution
  • Knowledge of SharePoint
