Workday Functional Lead

• Plan and lead the building of Time and Absence prototype tenants and ensure successful migration to Production.
• Lead design decisions and ensure cohesiveness with other areas of the Workday HCM system.
• Oversee and execute system testing across multiple HR modules.
• Partner with business subject matter experts to ensure systems are appropriately configured to meet business needs.
• Understand unique business requirements and translate them into efficient and effective system configurations.
• Appropriately escalate risks and issues as they arise to ensure project success.

• 5 years of experience in Workday Configuration
• Strong background in HCM systems, with the technical aptitude and capability to configure systems to meet diverse business requirements
• Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities
