Sr PM - AI Transformation

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a high-profile enterprise AI implementation initiative within a large corporate environment. This role will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of an AI-enabled platform that leverages native artificial intelligence capabilities to extract, analyze, and report on business-critical information. The initial focus will be leading the implementation as a project, with responsibility for establishing governance, managing stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams, and overseeing budget performance. As the initiative matures, the Project Manager will help transition the solution into an ongoing product operating model and support the handoff to long-term product ownership teams.

• 7+ years of Project Management experience leading large, complex enterprise initiatives.
• Proven experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholder groups across large organizations.
• Demonstrated success coordinating large-scale cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, actuals, and financial reporting.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within large corporate environments.
• Ability to lead projects involving both business and technology teams.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled business initiatives and emerging AI technologies including tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms.
• Strong organizational, planning, and risk management capabilities.
