You’ll be the first point of contact for patients handling calls, scheduling appointments, and guiding them through the care process.

• 1+ year experience in a healthcare setting, medical office, or call center

• Strong customer service and phone communication skills

• Experience scheduling appointments and managing patient information

• Comfortable working in EMR systems (Epic or similar)

• Able to handle a high volume of calls throughout the day

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S., * Call center experience in a healthcare environment

• Medical Assistant or CNA certification

• Bilingual in Spanish, * You enjoy helping people and staying organized under pressure

• You’re comfortable working on the phone most of the day

• You follow processes but can also think through solutions independently

• You’re reliable, flexible with scheduling, and open to learning Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Las Vegas, NV. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
