Job description

Architect, build, and deploy applied AI solutions for enterprise workflows
Translate customer workflows into impactful product features
Design orchestration systems for agent management and business logic execution
Apply AI retrieval architectures to surface relevant enterprise knowledge
Write unit tests and validate software against acceptance criteria
Lead code reviews and communicate changes effectively
Participate in Agile practices and contribute to team’s sprint commitments

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent experience
8+ years of software engineering experience for Staff; 10+ years for Senior Staff
Experience overseeing technical direction in a team setting
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns
Practical experience in data modeling and messaging
Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with a proactive mindset
Demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills for junior team members
