Job description
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Deskside Support Technician. This individual will be responsible for the Tier 2 deskside support of both the hardware and software of Home Depotās internal stakeholders. This individual will be working Home Depotās ātech barā doing deskside support at THDās main software support center in the Atlanta area. Pay rate for this position is between $23 and $30/hr.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in deskside support
- Needs at least up to Tier 2 support experience in most recent role
- Experience supporting both hardware and software
- Windows support experience
- OS system support experience
- Experience working in an Outlook, Teams, O365, etc. environment
- Mac device support experience
- Experience working with a ticketing system
- Candidate must also have great communication and customer service
- Will be communicating with internal customers daily, some of whom may be VP-level
- āSelf-starterā mindset Candidate must be comfortable and have demonstrated experience showing they can solve problems on their own
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with ServiceNow
