Job description

Deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
Perform hardware troubleshooting, diagnostics, and basic repairs
Support device provisioning using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
Manage hardware inventory and asset lifecycle activities
Coordinate equipment replacement and deployment campaigns
Support meeting room technologies and conferencing equipment
Provide first-level support for printing services and end-user hardware
Maintain accurate asset and stock records
Collaborate with service desk and technical teams to ensure service continuity

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT Hardware Support or End User Computing environments
Experience with device deployment, configuration and lifecycle management
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
Experience supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals
Experience with inventory management and asset tracking
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and within an international team
Fluent English, both written and spoken

The following would be considered an asset:

Dell Certified Technician
CompTIA A+
ITIL Foundation certification
SAP inventory management experience
Knowledge of structured cabling and networking hardware
