Oracle HCM Payroll Lead

Experteer Overview In this role, you help clients navigate digitization by shaping and delivering Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to configure and optimize payroll processes, translating business requirements into system design. You’ll lead design workshops, support testing and go-live activities, and ensure robust payroll configurations across upstream and downstream processes. This is a chance to influence payroll implementations at scale within a global, innovation-driven Oracle practice. Compensation / Benefits * Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll * Gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements with client teams * Configure and optimize payroll processes within Oracle HCM, including conversions, integrations, reports, fast formulas, configuration tables * Create functional and technical design documents * Facilitate End-to-End Payroll Processing design workshops with stakeholders * Support testing cycles and go-live cutover activities * Plan and organize tasks and report progress on deliverables Tasks * Certified in Cloud HCM applications and Payroll module * Minimum 7 years’ experience in Oracle Payroll Cloud * Minimum 2 full life-cycle Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Key requirements * medical * dental * vision * life * long-term disability * 401(k)
