Oracle HCM Payroll Lead

Experteer Overview As an Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll specialist at Accenture, you will help clients digitize and optimize payroll processes. You will lead design and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll, collaborating with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and translate them into configurations. You will facilitate design workshops and support testing and go-live activities, driving robust payroll solutions. This role sits within a fast-moving Oracle practice that blends technology, processes, and change management to deliver business value. Compensation / Benefits * Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll * Gather and translate functional and technical requirements * Configure and optimize upstream and downstream payroll processes in Oracle HCM * Create functional and technical design documents * Facilitate End-to-End Payroll Processing design workshops * Support testing cycles and go-live cutover activities * Plan tasks, track progress, and report deliverables Tasks * Certified in Cloud HCM applications and Payroll * Minimum 7 years of Oracle Payroll Cloud experience * Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Key requirements * medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays * paid time off
