Oracle HCM Payroll Lead

Experteer Overview In this role you help clients transform their payroll capabilities using Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll. You will bridge business needs and technical configurations, leading design, workshops and cross-functional collaboration to deliver end-to-end payroll solutions. You’ll work on complex payroll processes, integrations, and go-live preparations, shaping scalable, compliant payroll designs. Compensation / Benefits * Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll * Gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements with client teams * Configure and optimize upstream and downstream payroll processes, including conversions, integrations, reports, fast formulas, and configuration tables * Create functional and technical design documents * Facilitate design workshops for End-to-End Payroll Processing with stakeholders and translate business needs into robust Oracle configurations * Support testing cycles and go-live cutover activities * Plan and organize tasks, track progress on deliverables Tasks * Certified in Cloud HCM applications and Payroll module * Minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle Payroll Cloud * Minimum 2 full life-cycle Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience * Experience with Oracle financials including Chart of Accounts / General Ledger Key requirements * medical * dental * vision * life * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities
