Oracle HCM Payroll Lead

Experteer Overview In this role you guide clients through digitization using Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll within Accenture’s Oracle practice. You will design and implement payroll solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate business needs into robust system configurations. You’ll lead design workshops, oversee testing and go-live activities, and help clients achieve scalable, compliant payroll processes. Compensation / Benefits * Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll * Gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements with client teams * Configure and optimize payroll processes in Oracle HCM (conversions, integrations, reports, fast formulas, configuration tables) * Create functional and technical design documents * Facilitate design workshops for End-to-End Payroll Processing with stakeholders * Support testing cycles and go-live cutover activities * Plan and track tasks and track deliverables Tasks * Certified in Cloud HCM applications, and Payroll module * Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Oracle Payroll Cloud * Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience * Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience (alternative) Key requirements * medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability coverage * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays * paid time off
