Job description
We are looking for an Application Support Agent to join our international team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality application support, ensuring service continuity, resolving user issues, and contributing to the reliability and performance of business-critical digital services. You will work closely with users, technical teams and stakeholders to provide effective solutions and an excellent support experience. What You Will Do on a Daily Basis
- Handle incidents and user queries through the ticketing system (ServiceNow), providing both technical and business support;
- Identify problems, carry out analysis, and escalate issues to the development team in order to resolve the root cause;
- Keep end users informed of request status and progress;
- Participate in and prepare meetings with the development team, clients, and other stakeholders;
- Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team;
- Deliver online theoretical training to internal staff from the EU Institution;
- Participate in hands-on, on-site training sessions., * Multicultural Environment: You will work alongside professionals from all over the world, fostering a diverse and enriching workplace.

Requirements
- Higher education or equivalent relevant professional experience;
- At least 1 year of successful experience in a support role;
- English proficiency at minimum C1 level, both written and spoken, is mandatory;
- Good analytical skills and the ability to understand processes quickly;
- Solution-oriented, proactive, and reactive in addressing problems;
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction;
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment;
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work well under pressure and to share knowledge with audiences at different levels.
Your Main Qualifications
- Knowledge of any other language is considered an asset;
- ITIL Foundation certification is considered an asset;
- Experience working in a European institution is considered an asset;
- EU Citizenship.
