Deployment Engineer - Windows, Altiris, ServiceNow, desktop workspace, SCCM, Intune, Azure

• Deploy and manage Windows devices using Intune, Azure AD, SCCM, MDT, and Windows 10/11
• Assemble and deploy desktop workspace kits, including workstations, thin clients, monitors, phones, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Support onboarding, offboarding, desk moves, and hardware refresh initiatives
• Troubleshoot desktop, application, network, and device issues across Windows environments
• Use software deployment and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Altiris, or equivalent platforms to manage software deployments, incidents, service requests, and change processes
• Maintain hardware inventory and coordinate equipment logistics

• Proven experience in desktop deployment and end-user support within enterprise Windows environments
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office, mobile devices, printers, remote access tools, and related end-user technologies
• Hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM, MDT, or similar deployment technologies
• Experience with ServiceNow, Altiris, or comparable IT service management and software deployment tools
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a customer-focused approach
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Linux desktop support experience is advantageous
