- Erste Anlaufstelle für technische und anwendungsspezifische IT-Probleme
Betreuung und Beratung der Nutzer zu eingesetzten Anwendungen Wartung, Installation und Konfiguration von Hard- und Software Entgegennahme und Lösung von IT-Störungen vor Ort und via Fernwartungstools, 30 Tage Jahresurlaub Option auf Homeoffice Mitarbeiterveranstaltungen Betriebliche Altersvorsorge Weitere finanzielle Zusatzleistungen
Requirements
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Systembereitstellung und -betreuung (Hard- und Software)
Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Produkten (Betriebssysteme und MS Office-Paket) Bereitschaft, sich tiefer in IT-Themen einzuarbeiten Selbstständige, serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsstärke
