Salesforce OMS Technical Architect

Experteer Overview In this role, you will own end-to-end Salesforce Order Management (OMS) solution design and integration architecture, guiding technical delivery across B2B and B2C order flows. You’ll lead architecture workshops, produce technical specs, and mentor delivery teams to enforce standards in an agile setup. The role sits at Capgemini’s Salesforce practice, helping clients unlock value from technology at scale. You will work with cross-functional teams to shape OMS solutions that are resilient, performant, and integration-ready. Compensation / Benefits * Own end-to-end OMS solution design and integration architecture * Lead delivery leadership for developers and config teams in SAFe/Scrum * Define OMS data models, order lifecycle flows, and orchestration routing * Drive integration between OMS and ERP/WMS/tax/payments * Coordinate client-facing architecture discussions and present technical specs * Ensure requirements-to-design traceability and risk mitigation in integrations Tasks * 10+ years Salesforce ecosystem experience * 3+ years focused on Salesforce OMS * Led 2+ full Salesforce OMS implementations in architect/lead role * Proven OMS architecture for both B2B and B2C lifecycles * Expertise in OMS order lifecycle and data modeling * Strong integration experience (ERP/WMS/tax/payment gateways) * Hands-on Apex, Flow, Platform Events, and REST/SOAP/Bulk APIs * Data volume design and high-throughput considerations * Delivery leadership in agile environments * Recommended Salesforce certifications related to Admin, OMS, Platform Developer, and Commerce Architect Key requirements * Paid time off (vacation/holidays/personal days) * Medical/dental/vision coverage * Retirement savings plans * Life and disability insurance * Employee assistance programs * Other benefits as per local policy
