Job description

  • Work with clients and end users to lead workshops, gather requirements, and define business needs.
  • Manage ongoing Salesforce Commerce Cloud administration, including:
  • Product creation and management
  • Promotions and merchandising
  • Source codes
  • Gift cards and coupons
  • Sales tax configuration
  • Security setup and maintenance
  • Maintain database integrity through data cleansing and data uploads.
  • Assist with release evaluations, scope definition, and prioritization of system initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely support.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing efforts.
  • Work closely with business users to prioritize defects and validate resolutions.
  • Train customer personnel on storefront management and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Commerce Cloud / Salesforce OMS Functional Architect
  • Expert-level experience in Salesforce Administration
  • Strong hands-on experience with Commerce Cloud Business Manager
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
