Requirements

We need a ServiceNow candidate with 9 10 years of experience, who is highly proficient in the RSM/ESM module, 9 10 years of overall ServiceNow experience.

  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management).
  • Experience with RSM (Retail Service Management) or ESM (Enterprise Service Management) implementations.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and workflow development.
  • Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOA integrations, and Service Portal.
  • Good understanding of Incident, Case, Knowledge, Catalog, and Service Request management.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications.
  • Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes).
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments., Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
