Job description

  • Klassifizieren und priorisieren von Service-Requests
  • Anfragen und Störungen der Endanwender analysieren und beheben
  • Pflege des Ticket-Systems und Erweiterung der Wissensdatenbank
  • Verantwortung der kompletten Dokumentation in der Kundendatenbank
  • Wartung, Optimierung, Planung der Internet- und Datenbankanbindung
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter:innen / Kunden bei technischen Fragen

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung bspw. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
  • Sie haben erste Berufserfahrung im Support gesammelt
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in Clients und Servern, Netzwerke und Datenbanken
