Windows Desktop Technician

• Provide temporary IT support to ensure operational continuity during absences of the primary IT support staff.

• Assist end-users with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.

• Manage hardware inventory, lifecycle, and perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

• Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, hardware, and software configurations.

• Support user training, deployment, and process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.

What’s Needed?

Our client, a government agency in the public sector, is seeking a Windows Desktop Technician to join their team. As a Windows Desktop Technician, you will be part of the IT Support division supporting the Solid Waste Department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization., + Experience with imaging systems and desktop support is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting techniques.

• Ability to work 100% onsite with flexibility to start within two weeks of an offer.

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Current residence in Phoenix, AZ, with the ability to attend in-person interviews within one week of the posting close date.
