Edge - Practice Lead, Artificial Intelligence

Experteer Overview In this role, you will define and drive Accenture’s AI strategy for the mid-market SAP group. You’ll shape a differentiated AI practice, translate enterprise AI assets into right-sized offerings, and build scalable delivery models. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to win and deliver, while mentoring practitioners and staying current on AI tech and SAP roadmap developments. This is a chance to lead a high-impact, innovation-led initiative at scale within a global technology services leader. Compensation / Benefits * Define and build a portfolio of AI offerings tailored to mid-market SAP clients, with use-case accelerators and delivery playbooks * Translate broader AI assets into right-sized, value-focused offerings for mid-market scale * Establish and refine the practice’s delivery model, tools, and quality benchmarks * Develop reusable assets (blueprints, ROI models, demo environments, implementation playbooks) for consistent selling and delivery * Craft differentiated positioning and messaging for AI capabilities in the mid-market SAP space * Partner with sales, marketing, and account teams to embed AI themes into client conversations and proposals * Develop thought leadership content ( POVs, case studies, client presentations) to establish credibility * Represent the practice externally at client briefings, industry events, and SAP ecosystem forums * Coordinate with Accenture’s AI, data, and technology practices to leverage enterprise investments * Lead and mentor a growing community of AI practitioners, defining capability development pathways * Track emerging AI technologies, SAP AI roadmap developments, and competitor positioning Tasks * 10+ years in enterprise technology consulting with a meaningful focus on AI, data, or advanced analytics * 4+ years building or scaling a consulting practice or offering * 3+ years experience with SAP ecosystems (S/4HANA, BTP, or equivalent) and AI integration with ERP processes * 2+ years navigating matrixed, large-enterprise organizations and alliance relationships * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years) Key requirements * medical, dental, vision * life and long-term disability * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays * paid time off
