Manhattan WMS Application Manager

Experteer Overview As Manhattan WMS Application Manager, you design, architect and implement large-scale Manhattan WMS and supply chain execution solutions. You lead end-to-end solution design, integration, testing, and deployment, partnering with senior stakeholders. You act as a bridge between technology and operations to drive transformation for clients. You will shape how customers deploy MAWM across complex environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to unlock value. Compensation / Benefits * Lead functional and technical design workshops for Manhattan Active Warehouse Management System (MAWM) * Guide end-to-end supply chain transformation discussions across functions and tech stacks * Develop points of view on solution options to drive key design decisions * Create functional and technical designs for MAWM * Define data mapping needs for MAWM * Drive integration strategies across WMS, ERP, Order Management and Transportation Management * Develop custom design specifications and gap solutions in product configurations * Design testing strategy and test scenarios; quality-check solutions and results * Anticipate and mitigate technology risks for smooth implementation * Advise on process optimization and automation to improve efficiency * Collaborate with technology providers and industry experts to stay ahead of curve * Partner with IT and Operations for seamless transformation execution Tasks * Minimum 5 years of experience architecting or delivering complex Manhattan WMS projects * Minimum 3 years of technology experience in supply chain domains (WMS, Manufacturing, SCM Planning, Procurement, Logistics) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience) or associate’s degree with 6 years’ equivalent experience Key requirements * medical, dental, vision * life and long-term disability * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays * paid time off
