Manhattan WMS Application Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the design, delivery and orchestration of Manhattan MAWM solutions for complex warehouse and supply chain transformations. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to architect end-to-end WMS solutions, drive integration strategies, and guide testing and deployment. You’ll shape technical design decisions and mitigate risks to accelerate customer value, at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Lead design workshops for Manhattan Active Warehouse Management System (MAWM) leveraging Manhattan expertise * Drive end-to-end supply chain transformation discussions across functions and tech stacks * Develop point-of-view on solution options to steer design decisions * Create functional and technical designs for MAWM * Define MAWM data mapping needs * Lead technology integration strategies across WMS, ERP, Order Management and Transportation Management * Develop custom design specifications to address gaps in configurations * Define testing strategy and test scenarios; perform quality checks on results * Identify and mitigate project execution risks from a technology perspective * Advise on process optimization and automation for efficiency * Collaborate with technology providers and industry experts to stay ahead of curve * Partner with IT, Operations and cross-functional teams for seamless transformation * Travel as needed to support client engagements Tasks * Minimum 5 years of experience architecting or delivering complex Manhattan WMS projects * Minimum 3 years of technology experience in Supply Chain domains (WMS, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Logistics) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience) * Experience in leading architecture, design, configuration, testing and deployment of MAWM solutions Key requirements * medical, dental, vision * life and long-term disability coverage * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays * paid time off
