Providing functional support for Oracle HCM and associated HR and payroll processes. Managing and resolving system issues, troubleshooting configuration and data-related queries. Supporting quarterly Oracle system updates and release management activities. Conducting impact assessments, testing, and coordinating user acceptance testing. Maintaining system documentation, process maps, and training materials. Working with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. Supporting data integrity and investigating data quality issues. Delivering guidance and training to end users where required.

Requirements

Experience supporting HR, Payroll, or HCM systems within a complex organisation. Knowledge of one or more of the following areas: Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, Recruitment, Learning or Compensation. Experience investigating system issues and supporting end users. Exposure to system upgrades, testing, release management, or continuous improvement activities. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. If you have the relevant experience and would like to apply, please submit your CV.
