Job description

Experteer Overview Experienced Oracle Retail Cloud leader sought to drive AMS support, enhancements, and transformations. You will work with cross-functional teams to stabilize operations, optimize processes, and lead ongoing improvement for MFCS, PCS, IMCS and related integrations. This role blends support and delivery, with potential involvement in implementations, across remote or onsite engagements. You will collaborate with client teams and Deloitte stakeholders to deliver measurable value and digitize retail operations. A strong focus on communication, governance, and impact makes this a pivotal role in our Oracle offering. Compensation / Benefits * Incident, problem, change, and release management for Oracle Retail Cloud applications * Business process optimization and requirements analysis * Functional design and testing coordination * Stakeholder engagement and regular communication with engagement management * Support of Oracle Retail modules MFCS, PCS, IMCS, Event Planner and related integrations * Drive operational stability, automation, performance improvements, and long-term transformation * Support Retail implementations when Deloitte leads the engagement * Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver value and continuous improvement Tasks * 10+ years of experience managing Oracle Retail / RMS packaged solutions * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience * Ability to travel ~10% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
