Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead/Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will serve as a Senior Consultant leading functional support and enhancements for Oracle Retail Cloud within Deloitte’s AMS engagements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive stability, automation, and ongoing transformation initiatives, while managing incidents, changes, and releases. The position supports Oracle Retail modules like MFCS, PCS, IMCS, and Event Planner, and may contribute to Retail implementations. You’ll work with engagement managers and technical teams to deliver value and ensure high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment. Compensation / Benefits * Support ongoing functional delivery for Oracle Retail Cloud applications * Manage incidents, problems, changes, and releases * Perform business process optimization and requirements analysis * Lead functional design, testing coordination, and stakeholder engagement * Support integrations for MFCS, PCS, IMCS, and Event Planner * Partner with business and technology teams to drive stability, automation, and performance * Assist with Retail implementations when Deloitte is engaged * Communicate with engagement managers and project teams, escalating as needed Tasks * 10+ years of experience managing Oracle Retail/Oracle RMS packaged solutions * Bachelor’s degree in IT-related discipline (or equivalent experience) * Ability to travel ~10% * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently and in teams * Strong attention to detail and quality * Ability to lead projects or workstreams * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Ability to build professional relationships * Ability to provide clear guidance to others Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations for applicants * potential immigration sponsorship
