Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead/Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview As an experienced Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead, you will deliver ongoing functional support, enhancements, and transformation for Oracle Retail Cloud within Deloitte AMS engagements. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, manage incidents and changes, and support Retail modules like MFCS, PCS, IMCS, and Event Planner. You’ll balance support and implementation work, driving stability, automation, and value-driven improvements. This is a client-facing role in a collaborative, remote/on-site model under the Project Talent Model. Compensation / Benefits * Provide incident, problem, change, and release management for Oracle Retail Cloud applications * Conduct requirements analysis, functional design, and testing coordination * Engage stakeholders and report to Engagement Managers across technical and business teams * Support Oracle Retail modules MFCS, PCS, IMCS, and Event Planner and related integrations * Drive operational stability, performance improvements, and long-term transformation initiatives * Support Retail implementations when Deloitte leads an engagement and may prioritize it over pure maintenance * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver automation and value-add enhancements Tasks * 10+ years of experience managing Oracle Retail and Oracle RMS packaged solutions * Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience * Ability to travel ~10% depending on client needs * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Experience with incident/problem/change/release management and testing coordination Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program
