Microsoft Dynamics Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you drive design, build, and delivery of scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. You lead a technical workstream within multidisciplinary teams to align architecture, configuration, and integrations with client goals. Expect collaboration with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams, plus documentation and mentoring. You contribute to secure, maintainable solutions and support enterprise data migrations and deployments, delivering impact across sales, services, and customer experience. Compensation / Benefits * Lead a defined technical workstream within a broader project * Design, develop, and deliver enterprise solutions with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform * Support solution architecture, configurations, custom development, integrations, and data migrations * Coordinate with business stakeholders and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions * Communicate design choices to technical and non-technical audiences and contribute to documentation and presentation materials * Mentor junior team members and help coordinate delivery across workstreams to meet timelines and quality standards Tasks * 6+ years of consulting or industry experience * 4+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform * 3+ years designing conceptual architectures for enterprise solutions * Experience with data migrations and integrations using Power Automate, Dataflows, Data Gateways, Custom Connectors, and Azure integration services * 2+ years of modern DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and Git * Administration of Dynamics CRM and Power Platform including CoE toolkit production deployment * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent * Ability to travel up to 50% Key requirements *
