Salesforce Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you will drive Salesforce-enabled customer transformation for our Sales & Service portfolio. You’ll work within Deloitte’s Customer team to design and deliver end-to-end CRM solutions across multiple clouds, shaping how clients engage with customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional designs and scalable implementations. This is an opportunity to influence large-scale projects and advance your expertise in Salesforce within a global professional services firm. You will be able to showcase impact through delivering effective, value-driven transformation for clients. Compensation / Benefits * Identify business requirements and perform requirements management * Create functional designs and prototypes * Design processes including scenario design and flow mapping * Lead testing, training, and definition of support procedures * Support CRM implementations and client engagements * Lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment * Communicate clearly with stakeholders and maintain professional relationships Tasks * 6+ years of consulting and Salesforce experience, including program and workshop design * 2+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations in at least two clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud, and Financial Service Cloud) * Experience in Lightning (Aura and LWC) * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field; or equivalent experience * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
