Salesforce Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you drive Salesforce-based transformation for our Sales & Service clients, shaping business requirements into functional designs and delivering end-to-end implementations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design processes, prototype solutions, and support go-live and training. This position sits within Deloitte’s global Sales & Service practice, helping clients optimize marketing, sales, and service experiences. You will work on challenging, high-impact projects across industries, contributing to customer transformation at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Identify business requirements and manage requirements traceability * Develop functional designs and prototyping to support implementations * Design processes, scenarios and flow mappings; support testing and training * Define support procedures and assist with post-implementation support * Lead projects or workstreams and coordinate with cross-functional teams * Communicate clearly with clients and team members; manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments Tasks * 6+ years of consulting and Salesforce experience * 2+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations in at least two clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud, and Financial Service Cloud) * Experience in Lightning (Aura and LWC) * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field; or equivalent years of experience * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
