Salesforce Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead Salesforce-driven transformations to improve sales and service experiences for clients. You’ll work within the Sales & Service team to translate business needs into functional designs, prototypes, and process flows, while guiding testing, training, and support. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end CRM implementations that align with client strategies. The opportunity centers on shaping customer-facing solutions at scale and contributing to Deloitte’s mission of practical, impactful transformation. Compensation / Benefits * Identify business requirements and manage requirements * Design functional specifications and prototypes * Map processes and design scenarios * Coordinate testing and training * Define support procedures and post-implementation support * Support CRM implementations across multiple projects * Lead projects or workstreams and manage priorities * Maintain clear guidance and communication with stakeholders Tasks * 6+ years of consulting and Salesforce experience * 2+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations in at least two clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud, and Financial Service Cloud) * Experience in Lightning (Aura and LWC) * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field; or equivalent years of experience * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
