Experteer Overview As a Salesforce Senior Consultant in the Sales & Service team, you drive business requirements, design, prototyping, and process design to enable transformative CRM implementations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to map scenarios, test solutions, and train users, while shaping support procedures. This role supports global customer transformation by delivering innovative sales and service experiences across industries. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, leading workstreams and building strong client relationships, with a clear impact on customer outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Identify business requirements and manage requirements throughout projects * Develop functional designs and prototyping for Salesforce solutions * Design processes, scenarios, and flow mappings; support testing and training * Define support procedures and assist with implementations * Lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting * Communicate effectively with stakeholders and sustain professional relationships Tasks * 6+ years of consulting and Salesforce experience * 2+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations in at least two Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud) and Financial Service Cloud * Experience in Lightning (Aura and LWC) * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field; or equivalent years of experience * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
