Salesforce Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation

Experteer Overview As a Salesforce Senior Consultant, you drive functional transformation for client sales and service operations. You will design requirements, prototyping, process mapping, and support for end-to-end Salesforce implementations across clouds. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology-enabled customer experiences and scalable solutions. This role offers meaningful impact in shaping how clients engage customers and grow revenue through Salesforce platforms. You will lead projects and guide clients through complex changes, leveraging your technical and interpersonal strengths to deliver high-quality outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Identify business requirements and manage requirements artifacts * Design functional solutions, prototype and map processes, including scenario design and flow mapping * Lead testing, training, and definition of support procedures * Support and guide Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds * Manage multiple tasks and lead projects or workstreams * Build professional relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders Tasks * 6+ years of consulting and Salesforce experience * 2+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations in at least two clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud, and Financial Service Cloud) * Experience in Lightning (Aura and LWC) * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field; or equivalent experience * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Salesforce certifications (preferred) Key requirements *
