Solutions Architect, Manager - Tax Transformation

Experteer Overview As a Deloitte Tax Solution Architect, Manager, you will shape enterprise web-based applications to support Deloitte’s global tax transformation. You’ll partner with stakeholders and architecture peers to define and implement scalable, secure software architectures. You’ll guide teams through design choices, hands-on implementation, and continuous delivery to ensure high quality and resiliency. This role combines technical leadership with cross-functional collaboration to advance the firm’s digital tax strategy and client engagement. You’ll work in a dynamic, hybrid environment with a focus on delivering value quickly and safely. Compensation / Benefits * Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business challenges into architecture options and roadmaps * Design and improve enterprise web-based applications to meet resiliency and security standards * Make high-level design choices for software structure, frameworks, and algorithms * Provide hands-on support to the team during implementation of complex business logic * Lead planning and execution of software projects, including SCRUM engagement and progress updates * Implement security best practices and regulatory compliance measures * Establish and enforce standards, guidelines, and metrics to deliver business value quickly * Coordinate across delivery teams and vendors to uphold delivery quality and automation * Identify, mitigate, and escalate product-related risks * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design new features and ensure smooth DevOps deployment * Conduct code reviews and mentor team on coding practices and tool usage * Develop and maintain architecture and design documentation Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field * 5+ years in architecture design and hands-on implementation * Strong experience with C#, SQL Server, OOPS concepts, and microservices * Hands-on experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET Core Web API, SQL, NoSQL, Rest APIs, Azure * Experience with Azure cloud services and infrastructure * Ability to travel up to 10% * Active accreditations such as CPA/Attorney/Enrolled Agent or relevant technology certifications (e.g., CISSP, SAFe, CSSLP) * Knowledge of Angular, MongoDB, NPM and Azure DevOps is a plus * Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices * Experience with performance tuning and data warehousing is a plus Key requirements *
