Cloud Security Senior Manager - Azure Infrastructure & AI

Experteer Overview As Cloud Security Senior Manager, you lead Azure and AI security engagements within Deloitte’s Enterprise Security team. You will guide strategy, design, and adoption across complex client projects, shaping secure cloud and AI deployments. You’ll develop governance, guardrails, and playbooks to protect data, models, and infrastructure. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive secure digital transformation and client value, leveraging Azure and AI security expertise to solve critical security challenges. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Microsoft security teams on large Azure and AI security engagements (strategy, design, implementation, adoption) * Direct multiple Azure/AI security projects in leadership and program manager roles (onsite/offshore teams) * Design and implement security controls for Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Cognitive Services, AI Studio) * Develop AI security playbooks and governance covering encryption, access control, data integrity, model governance, secure deployment * Build and automate secure cloud/MLOps pipelines using Azure Policy, ARM, Bicep, Terraform to enforce guardrails * Lead business development, client relationships, health checks, PoCs, operational transitions, thought leadership, and talent development in Azure/AI security Tasks * 10+ years in technical consulting, security design with Azure and AI security technologies and leading multi-project delivery * 10+ years in enterprise security operations/architecture or infrastructure operations with 3+ years in consulting leadership * 5+ years designing or assessing security controls in Microsoft Azure environments, including Azure AI Services * 5+ years IAM, network security, data protection, logging/monitoring, vulnerability management, and IaC in cloud * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
