Cloud Security Senior Manager - Azure Infrastructure & AI

Experteer Overview You will lead security programs for Azure and AI across large client engagements, shaping secure cloud and AI deployments. You partner with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and govern security controls and MLOps pipelines. The role blends client leadership, architecture, and hands-on delivery to enable resilient digital transformations. You will drive business development and mentoring, delivering measurable security outcomes for clients and supporting Deloitte’s Enterprise Security mission. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Microsoft security engagements focused on Azure and AI security, including strategy, design, implementation, and adoption * Oversee multiple Azure and AI security projects as program manager, coordinating onsite and offshore teams * Design and implement security controls for Azure AI Services (OpenAI, ML, Cognitive Services, AI Studio) from development to deployment * Develop AI security playbooks and governance covering encryption, access control, data integrity, model governance, and secure deployment * Build and automate secure cloud and MLOps pipelines using Azure Policy, ARM, Bicep, and Terraform to enforce security guardrails * Lead business development, client relationships, health checks, PoCs, transitions, thought leadership, and talent development in Azure and AI security Tasks * 10+ years in security consulting/architecting with Microsoft Azure and AI security tools (e.g., Entra ID, Defender suite, Purview, Sentinel, Security Copilot) and multi-project delivery * 10+ years in enterprise security operations or architecture, with 3+ years in consulting leadership in Microsoft security technologies * 5+ years designing or assessing security controls in Azure environments, including AI services * 5+ years in IAM, network security, data protection, logging/monitoring, vulnerability management, and IaC in cloud contexts * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
