Experteer Overview In this Oracle EPM Senior Consultant, FCCS role within Deloitte’s Finance Transformation team, you will help modernize finance functions for CFOs and finance leaders. You’ll work on ECCP cloud-based FCCS solutions, shaping finance processes and driving transformation with cross-functional clients. You’ll apply analytics to identify improvements and lead configuration, testing, and deployment activities. This role combines hands-on delivery with stakeholder-facing guidance to deliver measurable financial and operational impact. Compensation / Benefits * Understand client finance process needs and document requirements to inform solution design * Diagnose current-state processes using analytical techniques and identify improvement opportunities * Support configuration, business rules, testing, deployment, and implementation of Oracle EPM cloud solutions * Develop recommendations and project deliverables from analyses and stakeholder interviews * Collaborate with engagement teams and clients to align solutions with transformation objectives Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 3+ years of consulting experience in a corporate environment or with a consulting firm * Experience completing at least 1 full life cycle cloud Oracle EPM implementation ( FCCS, ARCS, or other consolidation modules) * Experience writing Oracle EPM business rules * Experience supporting technology implementation methodologies * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
