Oracle EPM Senior Consultant - FCCS

Experteer Overview In this role, you help shape the future of finance by guiding Oracle EPM-FCCS transformations for CFOs and finance leaders. You’ll work within Deloitte’s Finance Transformation Practice to deliver cloud-based solutions that modernize close processes, drive performance, and enable finance to act as a strategic partner. You’ll engage across client teams to diagnose issues, design solutions, and implement data-driven improvements at scale. This role offers opportunities to influence large finance programs and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on impactful change. Compensation / Benefits * Understand client finance processes, document requirements, and support solution design * Diagnose current-state processes using analytical techniques to identify improvements * Support configuration, testing, deployment, and implementation of Oracle EPM cloud solutions * Develop recommendations and project deliverables from analysis and stakeholder interviews * Collaborate with engagement teams and client stakeholders to align solutions with transformation objectives Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 3+ years of consulting experience in a corporate environment or with a consulting firm * Experience completing at least 1 full lifecycle cloud Oracle EPM implementation (FCCS, ARCS, or other consolidation modules) * Experience writing Oracle EPM business rules * Experience supporting technology implementation methodologies * Ability to travel about 50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * broad range of benefits
