Oracle EPM Senior Consultant - FCCS

Experteer Overview As part of Deloitte’s Finance Transformation team, you will help modernize clients’ finance functions and elevate performance through Oracle EPM FCCS implementations. You will work with CFOs and finance leaders to analyze processes, design solutions, and guide cloud deployments that drive financial and operational excellence. This role combines hands-on technical work with strategic advisory, offering opportunities to shape how clients become strategic business partners. The role emphasizes collaboration, impact, and delivering market-driven, data-driven finance transformations. Compensation / Benefits * Understand client finance processes, capture requirements, and support solution design * Diagnose current-state processes using analytical techniques and identify improvement opportunities * Configure, test, deploy, and implement Oracle EPM cloud solutions (FCCS) * Develop recommendations and project deliverables from analysis and stakeholder interviews * Collaborate with engagement teams and client stakeholders to align solutions with transformation objectives * Demonstrate ability to lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Provide clear guidance and maintain professional relationships with clients and team members Tasks * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university * 3+ years of consulting experience in a corporate environment or with a consulting firm * Experience completing at least 1 full life cycle cloud Oracle EPM implementation (FCCS, ARCS, or other consolidation modules) * Experience writing Oracle EPM business rules * Experience supporting technology implementation methodologies * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
