Oracle EPM Senior Consultant - FCCS

Experteer Overview In this role you help shape the future of finance by delivering Oracle EPM FCCS solutions within Deloitte’s Finance Transformation team. You work with CFOs and finance leaders to modernize finance functions, improve performance, and drive organizational change through cloud-based EPM implementations. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design, configure, test, and deploy solutions that align with clients’ transformation goals. This is a hands-on, impactful role at a firm that values data-driven, tech-enabled controllership and treasury functions. Compensation / Benefits * Understand client finance process needs and document requirements to inform solution design * Diagnose current-state processes using analytical methods to identify improvements * Support configuration, business rules, testing, deployment, and implementation of Oracle EPM cloud solutions * Develop recommendations and deliverables from analysis and stakeholder interviews * Collaborate with engagement teams and client stakeholders to implement financially transformative solutions Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 3+ years of consulting experience in a corporate or consulting firm * Experience delivering at least 1 full lifecycle cloud Oracle EPM implementation (FCCS, ARCS, or other consolidation modules) * Experience writing Oracle EPM business rules * Experience supporting technology implementation methodologies * willingness to travel ~50% Key requirements *
