Oracle EPM Senior Consultant - FCCS

Experteer Overview In this role, you support Oracle EPM transformation engagements and deliver FCCS solutions for clients within Deloitte’s Finance Transformation team. You will collaborate with CFOs and finance leaders to diagnose processes, design solutions, and implement cloud-based EPM capabilities to modernize finance functions. You’ll balance independent work with cross-functional collaboration to drive impactful, data-driven controllership and treasury improvements. This is a chance to help clients become strategic partners and enhance financial and operational performance. Compensation / Benefits * Understand client finance processes and document requirements to support solution design * Diagnose issues with analytical methods and identify improvement opportunities * Support configuration, testing, deployment, and implementation of Oracle EPM cloud solutions * Develop recommendations and deliverables from analysis and stakeholder interviews * Collaborate with engagement teams and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with transformation goals Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 3+ years of consulting experience in a corporate or consulting firm * Experience completing at least 1 full lifecycle cloud Oracle EPM implementation (FCCS, ARCS, or other consolidation modules) * Experience writing Oracle EPM business rules * Experience supporting technology implementation methodologies * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
