Oracle EPM Senior Consultant - FCCS

Experteer Overview In this role you help shape financial transformation for clients within Deloitte’s Finance Transformation team. You’ll collaborate with CFOs and finance leaders to design and deliver Oracle EPM FCCS-based solutions that modernize close processes and elevate performance. You’ll diagnose current-state processes, define requirements, and lead configuration, testing, and deployment activities to drive value for clients. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that combines advisory insight with technical delivery to enable finance as a strategic partner. Compensation / Benefits * Engage with clients to understand finance process needs and document requirements * Diagnose issues using analytical methods and identify improvement opportunities * Support configuration, testing, deployment, and implementation of Oracle EPM cloud solutions * Develop recommendations and deliverables based on analysis and stakeholder interviews * Collaborate with engagement teams and client stakeholders to align solutions with transformation objectives Tasks * Bachelor degree from an accredited university * 3+ years of consulting experience in a corporate or consulting setting * Experience completing at least 1 full lifecycle cloud Oracle EPM implementation (FCCS, ARCS, or other consolidation modules) * Experience writing Oracle EPM business rules * Experience supporting technology implementation methodologies * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
